   (1) Online: If you are new to VeryBestBaking.com, access the site between 12:01am ET on 01/01/09 and 11:59pm ET 2/28/09 (the "Promotion Period") and follow the on-screen instructions to register as a Very Best Baker. If you are currently registered at verybestbaking.com, log on and use the site during the Promotion Period. To be entered for a chance to win, you must earn 200 Brownie Points (the "Point Goal") during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of points you may have at its start. Once you have achieved the Point Goal during the Promotion Period you will be automatically entered for a chance to win. Section 2 of the Official Rules covers how to earn Brownie Points, or you can find a list on the site. If multiple entries are received within the promotional period, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes and all other entries will be disregarded. In case of dispute as to identity of the winner who enters, entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user.

3. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (25): Ten (10) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) Wii™ Cooking Mama World Kitchen Video Game. (ARV: $49.99 per prize. Total ARV of all prizes: $499.90.) Wii™ gaming system not included. Any costs/expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, in which case a prize of greater or equal value may be awarded. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the Grand Prize. The cash equivalent of any portion of the Grand Prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. All taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Only one prize awarded per person, household, address or email address. All prizes will be awarded if the number of eligible entries is equal to or greater than the number of prizes available. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, on the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
   
   
4. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held by the judges on or about 3/15/09 from all valid entries received. Winners will be contacted by mail on or about 3/26/09 at the street address provided. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be randomly selected. Prizes will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks after verification of eligibility. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final.
   
   
5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, and its agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers or retailers, or members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Grand Prize winners may be required to complete and return Winners Agreements and/or Affidavits of Eligibility and, where lawful, Publicity Releases. Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases must be returned within fourteen (14) days of notification or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: All Grand Prize winners consent to the use of their names, photographs, likenesses and limited biographical information for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. All entrants release Sponsor, and each of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to, or resulting from, entering or downloading any information or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any human or other errors that may occur in connection with this Sweepstakes.

OTHER CONDITIONS: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes at any time and award the Prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes, or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes.
