• How is my contribution calculated?
  NESTLÉ ® TOLL HOUSE® contributes a percentage of the total purchase price, including taxes, less credits for returns or cancellations, for all NESTL� TOLL HOUSE Morsels, Refrigerated Cookie & Brownie Dough purchases.
  
  
• When will my college contributions be credited to my account?
  Generally, your Upromise account will show your contribution as pending within 10 to 14 business days after your purchase. You can expect your college contribution to move from "pending" to "funded" status within 60-90 days of your purchase.
  
  
• How do I know if my purchase has been recorded and has generated a contribution?
  Simply go to your Upromise account and select 120-Day History.
  
  
• What happens to my contribution if I return an item?
  If you return an item, the purchase price of the returned item is credited to the credit card you used to make the purchase, and the purchase price on which the contribution amount is calculated is reduced by that amount. An adjustment to your college contribution will be posted to your Upromise account within 60 days of the return.
